I am a teacher now but twenty years ago I dispatched for the City of Fallon Police Department. One night we had a report of UFO sightings over sand mountain. It was about midnight. Anyway I dispatched it to the sheriff's office and they sent an officer (who still works there) to investigate. He drove out there and said he could see something in the distance. He called in that he was getting out of his vehicle and then very excitedly called for backup.
He was obviously scared to death...
Several minutes passed and he came back on the radio and ordered no-one to come out. He was adamant about no backup.
Eventually he retured to the station and refused to ever discuss what he saw. To this day, when I see him I always bring it up and he will get pretty angry with me and refuse to talk about that night. Its on file. Check it out for yourself!
